Returns or Exchanges are NOT accepted so please review your orders carefully. The ONLY exception is if we clearly shipped you a different item than what you ordered. You can send us an e-mail to expedite a replacement or correction. There are no exceptions. We guarantee that our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. All packages are inspected and packed carefully using bubble packs and popcorn or paper stuffing.

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service.
There will be a scheduled shipping rate increase effective Jan. 8, 2006 per USPS. We will have small rate increase, and it is as follows:

FREE for orders $40.00 and up
Shipping in the 48 contiguous states is FREE for orders $40 and above. Tax is collected for orders within the state of California. No tax is collected for out-of-state orders.
For Hawaii and Alaska, and other US territories you pay for actual shipping. We will send you an e-mail confirming your total including the shipping charges before we charge your account.
NOTE: Sorry we don't ship internationally. Not yet at least but we're working on it.
